Einhell have teamed up with Interlink Express to offer a  convenient one hour window on all repair collections and deliveries from your home or business address. This means that you will know when we are going to arrive, so you can plan your working day.


Text and email notifications are sent the night before and on the due day, and include a range of options that allow you to rearrange your collection or delivery, even when you’re on the go!  Rescheduling options include:
  • Selecting an alternative collection or delivery date.
  • Arranging delivery to a nominated neighbour.
  • Having your parcel left in a specified safe place.
  • Collecting the parcel from your local Interlink Express depot.
We’ll also send a text or email to confirm if you choose to rearrange your collection or delivery date. You will be kept informed at every stage of the journey. You can even watch the progress of your collection or delivery on a real-time map, all the way to a final 15 minute time slot. If you have any queries regarding our Repair Collection Service, please contact our Customer Service Team.

Please note this service is only available for items up to a maximum weight of 30 kg or a maximum size of 1000cm (L) x 600cm (W) x 700cm (H). Items over 30 kg or outside of these dimensions will be via a next day service, between the hours of 9:00am and 5:00pm.
